Optimum Design for the Magnification Mechanisms Employing Fuzzy Logic–ANFIS

To achieve high work performance for compliant mechanisms of motion scope, continuous condition, and frequency, we propose a new hybrid algorithm that could be applied to multi-objective optimum design. In this investigation, use the tools finite element analysis (FEA) magnification mechanism find out effects design variables on ratio then select an optimal meet requirements. A poly-algorithm including Grey-Taguchi method, fuzzy logic system, adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) algorithm, was utilized mainly in study. The FEA outcomes indicated have significantly affected verified by variance signal noise grey relational grade. results are also predicted employing tool ANFIS MATLAB. conclusion, findings obtained: Its is larger than 40 times comparison with initial design, maximum principal stress 127.89 MPa, first modal shape frequency obtained 397.45 Hz. Moreover, found deviation error compared displacement, stress, 8.76%, 3.6%, 6.92%, respectively.
